Herearoha is the co-lead for Pou Rāhui and enjoys working across all five iwi to determine their aspirations in the moana through the incorporation of rāhui.  She has held senior leadership role at the University of Waikato for over 22 years, is the owner and director of Te Ara Tupu, and sits on several governance boards representing iwi as a Treaty partner.
